McKinley, Delaney, Natalie, and Cate are current YogaSprouts students. McKinley's favorite thing about doing yoga with YogaSprouts is that she gets to spend time with her friends. She also notes that when she does yoga she has a great time. Delaney loves learning fun and relaxing yoga poses and also spending time with her friends. Natalie likes doing yoga with YogaSprouts because it's empowering, especially for girls. Meanwhile, Cate enjoys meditating.
During their weekly yoga exercises, this quartet began to put their positive thoughts in an imaginary jar so whenever they were feeling down they could simply pull out a positive thought from their jar. They liked the idea so much that they made their own real jars and began putting positive thoughts into them. Cate says she likes the jars because "[they] got to write down [their] positive thoughts and whenever [they] needed one [they] could pull it out the jar." The jars represent everything that yoga stands for--positivity and confidence. Bravo to these wonderful girls for utilizing yoga concepts inside and outside of the classroom!
