YogaSprouts promotes a fun, safe, age-appropriate and noncompetitive environment. YogaSprouts teaches students from the age of two through their teens and offers a wide-variety of classes to accommodate the needs of all students. YogaSprouts provides classes for the following:
2 Years through Pre-K: YogaSprouts integrates adventure and imagination into the classes to enhance a child’s creativity, motor and cognitive skills.
Elementary School-Age Children: YogaSprouts uses adventure and imagination to encourage creativity and improve focus, motor skills and cognitive skills. Classes also help participants deal with school-related problems such as test-related and peer-related stress.
Teens and Tweens: YogaSprouts creates a safe environment to focus on body image and self-esteem. Classes also increase balance, flexibility and focus.
Individuals with Special Needs: YogaSprouts' founder Rachel Greb has a Master of Arts specializing in educating children with emotional and behavioral disorders and Autism. She combines her research and teaching background to create unique and individualized yoga classes. Rachel can either integrate her classes or design a class to meet the needs of a specific child or group of children.
