Weekly Yoga Pose

The tree pose improves focus and balance.
First, find a focus spot for balance (this focus gaze is called your Drishti point).
Next, root your standing foot into the ground, and press your opposite foot below or above your knee (never on your knee directly).
Make sure to breathe.
If you experience some wobbling, as trees sometimes do, bring your focus back to your breath and your focus gaze.
